Our directorate formed our IT support methods from considerable experience in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of mission critical internal and browser based systems, these are for a variety of clients in the industrial, commercial, academic, retail and government market sectors. We call these methods it in totality, “System Assurance”; these with the principles* and mandate of providing our customers with a truly affordable, professional ICT services launched us into the business arena. Many of our existing clients have been with us since we were formed, and remain with us to this day - based upon the real quality service and friendly business relationship we have built with them over the years.
